The SG ... T wire-feeders are suitable for moving forward bare filler-wires used for arc welding with shielding gas. There is a possibility for adjusting of the filler wire after-melting and the protecting gas after-flow.

The pushing device with four rollers ensures the steady speed of wire-moving. Four modes of operation can be selected with the switch: 1 continuous four-stroke feeding, 2 continuous two-stroke feeding, 3 discontinuous operation, 4 spot welding.

The SG ... 2 AWI adapter can be used for welding with wolfram electrodes under protective gas-shield, primarily with SG ... 2 DC basic power sources. After consulting with the manufacturer, it can be adapted to other power sources too. The equipment apart from providing necessary ignition impulses of high frequency provides other controlling functions too.

We recommend using the closed water cooling circuit system for cooling the pistol heads in case of relatively high degry of welding current, done at the case of arc welding with bare filler-wires under protective gas-shild and at AWI/AFI welding.

The water cooling circuit can simply be used during the winter times when there is a danger of freezing, if the cooling circuit is filled with anti-freeze liquid. The technology of closed system ensures economical operation.
