Szûcs Ltd.The company was established in 1995 as the successor of "Hardware and Electronic Product Co-op of Kunmadaras" which had nationwide reputation as welder machinery developer and manufacturer. The Co-op delivered among other equipments about 500 welder machineries for the contractors to the Tengiz project. Considerable cooperation was established also with Welding Technics Institute in Halle of Germany. Our employees have got wide scale of working experiences in the sphere of transformers production as well as in developing, producing and servicing of welding machines. Development of our products are accomplished by our technical staff, and - if needed - toghether with the competents of the Technological University in Miskolc. ENGINEERING EQUIPMENT The 3500 m2 park is located in the suburb and it has 40% built-in area. The two buildings occupy 1400 m2. They contain the repository, the workshop and other service areas. Engineering equipments of the company was set up for the development and manufacturing of welding machinery. We produce the truss of welding machinery in cooperation with other companies. As the company owns snips, reeling machinery, quick comminuters and table drillers we can produce transformers locally. We design and manufacture the printed circuits needed in our machineries. We own those entire computer controlled, state-of-the art instruments which are absolutely necessary to the modern quality assurance (scope, artificial-loader etc). For quality assurance we have insulation-resistance instruments and current-sparking test instrument. With the help of the computer controlled calibrating/testing instrument we can accurately calibrate the characteristic of welding machineries. The computer stores the result of the test, which can be printed later. The instrument measures and stores static and dynamic load parameters. The company has two diesel drays and two trucks for delivering goods. An accredited welding machinery-testing laboratory is currently under development, which we hope will help to raise the general technology level of the Hungarian welding machinery park.
